We apply in terms of Schedule 1 of the Competition Act to
exempt the professional rules of the applicant association from
the provisions of Part A of Chapter 2 of the Act.

This profession is registered      is not registered
in terms of a particular Act. (Insert name of Act)

We seek an exemption for a period of years.

The exemption is required in order to maintain
Professional Standards
the orderly function of the profession
as motivated in the attached document, which also sets out:

1. Our address in South Africa for service of documents.
2. The facts and contentions on which we rely.
3. The sections of the Act which we believe our rules may
    contravene, and a motivation for that belief.
