In order to apply for an individual or block exemption, form CC3(1) must be completed and must be lodged with the Commission. To apply for an exemption of Professional Rules, form CC3(2) must be completed and lodged.

The form may be hand delivered to the Competition Commission Registry or may be e-mailed, faxed or posted to the Commission. A case number will be issued to the applicants. This case number must be used in all subsequent correspondence.

Within 5 days of lodging the forms with the Commission, the Exemption application filing fees must be paid into the following Competition Commission bank account:
