The Commission is to host a Public Sector Consultative Forum on the 26 March 2010.  This forum is part of the Commission’s stakeholder management function wherein it interacts with the public sector on policy and regulatory matters.  The target audience for the Public Sector Forum is senior officials of government and state owned enterprises, that is your Director Generals; Deputy Director Generals and Chief Executive Officers.  The main objective of this year’s public sector consultative forum is to address the concerns of the public sector about balancing the need for information exchange and complying with competition law.
