Key financial management services delivered by the Commission’s Finance Division include budget development, implementation and monitoring, effective financial management, procurement, management of resources, financial reporting and performance management.

Emphasis is placed on continuously improving the budgeting process in a manner that reflects the strategic priorities of the Commission, cash flow management, timeous financial reporting and ensuring that policies and activities comply with the regulatory frameworks and guidelines. Compliance with statutory and regulatory frameworks remains an important focus area as well as improving the data analysis and reporting functions.
