ACF / World Bank Group: “Breaking Down Barriers”
In 2014, ACF and World Bank Group started working on joint project to examine the status of competition frameworks and implementation in Africa
In April 2016, the report was released at the ICN’s annual conference in Singapore

Similar to the Six Countries Study
Cross-country sectors enable agencies to compare their markets to other similar countries. This can indicate anti-competitive conduct in the market. Eg Zambia’s cement price was much higher than other countries – indicated existence of cement cartel
Research like this provides opportunity for “learning by doing”
