Biography

Londiwe Mncube is an expert people management specialist with international and national experience in the private and public sector. Ms Mncube possess experience in building effective relationships, strategic business partnering across all levels and providing consulting services with top executives in the full lifecycle of Human Resources management. Ms Mncube holds a Masters in Human Resources Management from the University of Pretoria.

In her role as the Chief Human Resources Officer, she is responsible for developing and executing the human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organisation. In addition, provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team.
