Biography

Mduduzi Msibi holds a B. Paed and B.A. Hons from the University of Zululand. Mr Msibi began his career in the education sector, where he served as a school headmaster before branching into corporate governance.

He has 13 years’ corporate governance experience having worked for the Health Professions Council of South Africa, Industrial Development Corporation and South African Airways. He joined the Commission in 2013.

As Company Secretary he is responsible for the Commission’s corporate governance including audit, risk management, compliance and reporting functions.
